As I pull into the parking lot of Simplicity Dispensary, the sun is just beginning to peek over the horizon. It’s 7:30 AM, and I’m ready to start another fulfilling day at our recreational cannabis shop. After a quick team huddle to discuss our goals for the day, I start preparing the store for opening.
Customer Service Excellence
Our doors open at 9 AM, and we’re immediately greeted by familiar faces from Grafton, MA, and surrounding areas. As a budtender, I love educating our customers about different strains and products. Whether it’s a first-time visitor or a regular client, everyone receives personalized attention and expert advice.
Lunchtime Rush
Midday brings a flurry of activity as we handle:
- Walk-in customers from Westborough and Shrewsbury
- Phone orders for cannabis delivery in Millbury
- Online orders for pickup from Worcester residents
It’s a juggling act, but our team works seamlessly to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Afternoon Deliveries
After lunch, I switch gears and join our delivery team. We hit the road, making marijuana deliveries to Northborough and surrounding areas. It’s rewarding to see the smiles on our customers’ faces as we bring their orders right to their doorstep.
Evening Wind-Down
As the day comes to a close, we restock shelves, update our inventory, and prepare for tomorrow. Before heading home, I can’t help but feel grateful for being part of a team that brings joy and relief to so many in our community.
